We used this recipe to turn some over-ripe bananas into a lovely loaf of banana bread. I was a bit sceptical because I’m not a huge fan of bananas, especially not such over-ripe ones, but it was actually lovely!


The best way to eat them – with a big glass of milk

We also baked some chocolate chip cookies, and they were goooood!
